Hello players and forum users,
the new website has a new features now. Its is called
Tags for topics.
Lets give you a short introduction how to use that feature. Tags are
keywords, so every registered user is able to view/set/edit the Tags for each topic and define by that, what that topic is about. A big difference to other tag-systems (may be confusing in the first moment) is, that you can also see the tags other users gave to a topic and with the
-button it allows you to add the keyword on that topic for yourself, too. That is important if you want to use the view-only-own-tags feature.
Tags consist of one word only, so for example:
board or
rules. I added a feature, so that you can combine those tags in the search, e.g.
board-rules will search for all topics tagged with
board and
rules.
You can view all assigned Tags at the
Tag-Page or the most recent one, right above the google search in the right block.
Hint: I also added two default tags:
applaud &
smite. Those are used to "rate" a topic. It will replace the karma system in a while, so don't forget to rate the topics (with that + button at the topics rate options).
