currently it's not possible to upload new files to the media database. This function was broken, while moving the webserver to a new host. Will be fixed as soon as possible.

liked announced in the gtat server status blog at http://gtat-dev.blogspot.com/, I was moving the entire gtat-database (1,2 GIGABYTE) to a different server.

Hope the issues with site downtimes are fixed another time.
