As you can see at the screenshot you have small icons at the bottom of the screen.

Explanation of the icons:

1.) 00:59 is the mission timer
It just counts down like the normal one, e.g. if you leave your cop car on a mission

2.) 117 KM/H is the speedo
If you drive faster then 100km/h, you'll get a wanted level.

3.) % is for fuel
- Blue: means more then 25% fuel
- Green: between 5% and 25% fuel
- Yellow: between 1% and 5% fuel
- Red: less then then 1% fuel

4.) P is for Points, e.g. the Points in battlearea:
- Blue means you are leading
- Green you are just up to 10% behind the first
- Yellow is shown if you are between 10% to 95% behind the leading player
- Red shows that you have just 5% or less score of the first one

5.) C is for the canisters, AE for ammo-e-packs and ED for EnergyDrinks
- Blue means that you have the maximum
- Green is shown if you have between 2 items of the sort and maximum
- Yellow means: just one left, go and buy new
- Red shows that you are out of that item

For details to fuel, points, ED, AE or C Ammount you can just do /info and you will see the excat numbers.
If you want to make a screenshot without the hud you can simply turn it of by using the new /hud command.
In the races the HUD, except the Speed-o-meter shouldn't be displayed.
