If you ever encounter a problem, do not directly PM the GameMasters in first place, use tickets instead.

Powers: Ban/Kick ingame (max 24h), Modify/Assign Tickets, View Private Tickets

Powers: Ban/Kick ingame, join GameModerator-Only-Forums (discuss features)
Description:
GameModerators (which are not Support-Team) are not intended to be visible on the webpage nor ingame. This way it's easier for them to check if somebody is cheating, because they work under cover.
